Haven't found the right machine?
Contact us - we will find the right machine for you!
Used machines are a great alternative to buying new CNC lathes. You save investment costs that you can allocate to other projects. Whether you are starting a new business or need to replace a defective machine, a used machine is a smart choice. With us, you will find lathes from various manufacturing years that have been tested and serviced. You benefit from a range of different machines for various applications. In addition to classic CNC lathes, we also offer CNC turning and milling centers, cycle-controlled lathes and conventional lathes. With us, you can check the detailed performance data of the machines before purchasing and find out which model best suits your production planning.
CNC lathes are automatically controlled
Modern CNC lathes are equipped with automatic control systems. You can program the machine to perform all work steps independently. The results are highly precise. Some machines allow you to import drawings and sketches created according to CAD specifications. The CNC machine program can process these inputs automatically. Additionally, there are lathes that can perform other tasks such as drilling. Besides CNC lathes, there are also CNC turning and milling centers equipped with driven tools or even a full milling spindle.
Programming can be done in different ways
Used CNC lathes must be programmed for each work step. Generally, the control can be done directly on the machine. This is an advantage because you don’t need to connect a PC and can place the machine independently of other control components. Alternatively, the machine can be connected to a complex computer control system. You can also use data carriers that contain the necessary codes for the program sequence. Many of the used CNC lathes offered support multiple programming methods, even if they are from older model years.
